We are pleased to welcome the edition of Tomcat, Brisbane's newest dive bar opening up in the Fortitude Valley.
Being described as the Valley’s sauciest new resident, having had a successful launch in September, the bar has been shrouded in mystery. Tomcat is boasting live music performances and low-key beers making it an inviting place to chill out and enjoy the vibes on Friday night after a long week at work.
We’ve enjoyed the chilled vibes in Melbourne over the past three years and are keen to bring them Brisbane’s way.
Tomcat co-owner Chris Denman was at the venue launch to answer all those burning questions surrounding the new bar.
What can we expect food-wise?
The welcoming menu takes from with share plates of 18” stone based pizzas, with flavours like pumpkin and sage, Mediterranean, and pepperoni available whole or by the slice.
Enter the Boiler Room bar; enjoy some of the craft beers and ciders on tap, not to mention the continually rotating cocktail list.
So make sure you check it out, because curiosity really did kill the cat.
