Coffee art has always been very admirable. No matter how much you try to replicate at home it never turns out as perfect as your local barista. Emily Coumbis, head barista of Piggyback Café completely changed the game of coffee art with the beautiful rainbow coffees that have taken the internet by storm.
It is one thing to see a picture or video of it but to actually experience the beauty of these creations in person is astonishing. The baristas create many different variations with a range of colours and pictures, so it’s a nice surprise every time. It’s almost too cute to drink! Once you’ve poured in the coffee shot and swirled it around there is no going back but it’s a really good cup of coffee so it’s totally worth it.
Not only do you get to fulfil your dreams of drinking a rainbow, Piggyback Café use their rainbow coffees to help raise awareness for The Mindshift Foundation which aims to create a better sense of self-worth for young teens and adults.
Don’t settle for photos, go in and get a rainbow coffee for yourself!
It's one thing to see a picture but it's a creation you need to experience in person.
