Why yes we did! Darling and Co are thrilled to present Bellini Sundays! Enjoy a main meal along with bottomless bellinis for 2 hours from 12 noon on Sundays for just $39.00!
In amongst the rolling hills of Paddington, you’ll find people flowing through the doors of Darling and Co for early morning coffee, breakfast, mid-morning snacks, lunch, dinner and drinks. Each dish on their modern Australian style menu has definitely been dressed to impress.
Black Book Brisbane went to check out Bellini Sundays to see what all the hype was about, and we were delighted with the experience. Offering mains such as forest mushroom risotto (v) (gf), wagyu brisket ragu and roast porchetta (gf), there’s a meal sure to please your palate. Treat yourself even more by opting to add a mouth-watering dessert, such as a vanilla panna cotta or a chocolate pave with pistachio icecream. Yum!
So what is a bellini? The bellini is a drink consisting of sparking Prosecco wine and peach puree which was invented by the Giuseppe Cipriani of Harry’s Bar, Venice. The name of the drink was inspired by the colours used by the 15th century Italian painter, Giovanni Bellini.
Darling and Co proudly serve up four flavours of bellinis – classic peach, strawberry rhubarb with basil, mango orange and vanilla peach; and we recommend that you try them all!
Bellini Sundays is growing with popularity each week, so make sure to book at table beforehand!
